Fengyu international apartment (Shantou Mixc Exhibition Center store)

The service was good. Staff are patient and every time you ask for something they deliver it as soon as possible. The washing machine has a built-in drying function so you don't have to hang your clothes and it's really efficient. The projector is a little wonky, and the rooms aren't very sound-proof, but overall it was a good experience. The location is also really good, it's near a street with a lot of food. You can easily try a lot of local food.

This hotel was a great choice! The location is ideal—close to the mall, dining, and transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with a complimentary eye mask, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Friendly staff and great amenities rounded out an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Check in counter located on the 15th floor of the building. No signboard of apartment on the ground floor. Have to verify with the management personnel to get in the building. However, checking in and out was smooth and swift. The studio was clean and spacous equipped with washing machine cum dryer. The location is superb as it is just next to the Mixc shopping mall and there are lots of eateries around.

Our overall experience was very positive—the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant and welcoming environment. I would especially like to recognize the young lady who was on duty at the reception on the night of 25 October 2024. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but we had a memorable experience with her assistance. It was around 10:30 pm when my wife and I encountered difficulties connecting to the apartment’s Wi-Fi. Despite the late hour, she showed remarkable patience and kindness, helping us resolve the issue promptly and with genuine care. Her dedication and customer-focused attitude made a significant difference in our stay, and we felt genuinely valued as guests because of her professionalism and attentiveness. Employees like her truly enhance the reputation of your establishment, and I hope she receives recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. I recently stayed at Fengyu in Shantou and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to wanxiang cheng and buses to other attractions The room was comfort . Overall, it was a great stay, especially for the price. I highly recommend it for travelers looking for a budget-friendly option for couples and families with good service!

It was good but not very high class nor did we receive the amenities we asked for the first time, had to ask many times.
